In Trinidad and the Cayman Islands, per-minute plans are 75 Minutes at $100/month, 140 Minutes at $150/month, and 200 Minutes at $250/month. Is the AI after-hours feature an extra charge?

No. AI-powered after-hours and emergency call handling is included free with every Virtual Enterprise plan. It is never sold as a separate add-on. The AI uses your custom escalation rules to page your on-call team for true emergencies and to take detailed messages for routine calls.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most accounts are live within one business day. After you sign up, we build your custom greeting and call script, set your escalation and after-hours rules, and provide forwarding instructions. Once your line is forwarded, our agents start answering your calls immediately.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Virtual Enterprise plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.

Can I keep my existing business phone number?
